I think the info. about drinking enough water is a key here. And eating smaller regular meals. It levels out the blood sugar and helps people not gorge themselves on snacks and larger “3 square meals”. We should eat five to six small not-so-square meals. One expert I read said a serving size should fit in the palm of your hand.
